RETURNS

in the event that you are not fully satisfied with your items, we are more than happy for you to return them to us. our returns policy is that if you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods to us with the original till receipt within 14 days. postage is non-refundable. goods must be in there original packaging and packed to prevent any damage in transit. please include a cover note explaining what you would like us to do. we advise all customers to send parcels recorded delivery when returning items to us. we will then offer you a refund or exchange. this does not affect your legal rights. if you require any further infomation please contact us .

PRICING  

prices include vat (value added tax)  at the standard rate of 20%. while we do our best to ensure prises are up to date and correct, errors may occur and in this case you will be contacted before your order is shipped.

OUT OF STOCK ORDERS

thare are times when items become temporarily out of stock, these items will be marked as such. if you order an out of stock product we will send out the order as soon as the product becomes available again. if we cannot source the item we will contact you to inform you, and refund or other items can be processed.
